This was pretty nice. I enjoyed the story and the whole atmosphere of the game. That ghost lady needs to be in the WNBA instead of haunting the forest. I got both endings but accidentally got the bad ending first because it was 12 am and my brain decides to go into sleep around that time. I enjoyed playing this and can see why this is popular. Keep up the good work.
Honestly not a bad game, but Jesus was I walking forever and incredibly slow, I get slow burn games can be good, but I wish it was a bit faster. The beginning and the ending were phenomenal, but the middle was just a slog.
I give this indie horror game a 5/5 here is why. I thought the atmosphere was very well made. Walking around the woods and hearing the creaks of the trees and sticks getting snape made me feel like I was being watched. Did a good job making the ghost woman scary looking.

This was quite fun! BOTH ENDINGS FOUND. I liked the eerie atmosphere of the grey forest, and then you had this woman coming after you every 30 seconds. I like how one ending, after ritual, all that colour came back, like happiness had come back in.
When we got the bell and had to go back to the lake, I thought the chase was going to begin in the Cave haha, and I find I got lost at first lol. Anyways, here is my gameplay! I hope to see what more! I enjoyed Teke Teke.
Excuse me ,I don't fully understand Japanese. I have two questions:
1. In the cave, I found a sign with Chinese/Japanese characters, which seemed to be East Blocked, West Blocked, Fire Blocked? Only the west side can get the bell, what does this mean?
2. Is the lakeside where the ritual takes place in the game in the protagonist's dream? Or vice versa? The protagonist is in the memory of his grandmother's house.
1. The signs say "West seal", "East seal" and "Fire seal" because at the end of every path there's a seal but the meaning doesn't matter that much and the writings are purely for aesthetics. And the signs are there to show that there are 3 paths that the player can look into without getting lost.
2. That's up to your interpretation but my intention was everything was real. It was not a dream.

This game seriously surprised me. The atmosphere was tense the whole time, and the legend of Hachishakusama was used perfectly. I even spotted a PS1 console in the game such a cool little detail that made it feel like a true tribute to old-school horror. It gave me strong Silent Hill vibes, and the sound design was insanely creepy. Short, but super effective. Loved it!
Hey loved the game! I did expereince an issue where mashing E only seem to register on some of the pressess but other than that really enjoyed the game. Cant wait to see what you do next!
Crap i forgot that windows doesn't allow the ":" character in file names because this was built on Linux. Try downloading the game from the web browser and extracting it from there. I will update the file name in a moment.
